ABOUT / 01

Who we are

The people behind
the protection.

Get to know the people behind the boxes, crates, and everything we ship.

How we operate

Five principles.
Zero guesswork.

01

Protect what matters

The object—not a standard box—sets the requirements.

02

Built right, not just fast

A clear deadline never excuses a weak corner or a careless fit.

03

Insured right

The coverage and logistics should make as much sense as the crate.

04

Reliable timelines

You should know what happens next and when it will happen.

05

Craftsmanship that holds up

The work has to survive the real world, not just look good in the shop.

Where it all began

A Lexington craft,
built to last.

BOXCO carries forward a tradition of custom packaging and crating built on years of hands-on craftsmanship in the Lexington area. Originally founded as Pulse Visual Display & Packaging Corp., the business earned its reputation by solving jobs that needed more than an off-the-shelf box.

Under new ownership, and with the continued partnership of Stan and Wendy Simpson, BOXCO preserves that know-how while modernizing materials sourcing, customer communication, and the way every project moves through the shop.
